EXPERIENCE
The Hagens Berman Cycling Team exists as a place where a young talented rider can go to develop into the next professional rider on the circuit. While part of the cycling program, riders will experience the national race circuit, participate on in some international races and enjoy the benefits of having an experienced staff to guide them through-out.
TEAMWORK
One of the fundamentals of the Hagens Berman Cycling program is the teaching and implementing of teamwork - on and off the bike. We begin the year with an innovative team building camp - no bikes- but a series of goals only achievable by working together. We use the lessons learned at camp throughout the rest of the year.
OPPORTUNITY
Travel around North America and race your bike? While it sounds like a dream to some it is a very real opportunity to experience the professional ranks and see if you have what it takes. These riders make full use of this amazing opportunity and put their heart and soul into these few years.
